Introduction

-many people are damaged because of bad netiquette.
-To solve this problem, internet anonymity should be enoforced.


Narration
-Netiquette is combination of network and etiquette.
-Internet anonymity is first devised at 2004 by 한나라당.
-Internet anonymity is that netizen can't post on the internet without real name and resident registration number.

Confirmation

1. If internet anonymity enforced, people are hard to say bad words to other people.
-people who want to bully people are hard to do it because they use their real name, not a nickname. As they bully other people, lots of people will know his or her profile and people who bully other people can be attacked by other people.

2. Internet anonymity can improve responsibility.
-when internet anonymity activated, people will think 'they don't know it is me.' and start to bully other people. However, when internet anonymity are enforced, many people will have responsibility in net.

3. We can prevent spreading uncertain data by enforcing internet anonymity.
- We do not know who spread some uncertain data such as viruses, DDOS, etc. However, when internet anonymity are enforced, we can know who spread uncertain datas.


The refutaion and concession
-Some say it is invasion of civil liberities, however in Korea, liberty is fully guarnanteed.

The summation
-If internet anonymity are executed, lots of people can have a healthy internet lives, and internet bullying will decrease dramatically.
