Internet anonymity should be regulated

Internet anonymity : To reveal his or her name when they raise their posts on the internet.
Netiquette : combination of network and etiquette. It means that there is an etiquette in cyber space.
All I'm saying is in case of Korea.

I already investigated some articles. There is a professor named 이재교, who wrote a column in 2004. In this column, cyber bullying cannot be neglected anymore and the majority of people already agreed about internet anonymity.
